First and foremost, we are a community! Since our founding in 2009, Kingstowne Striders has supported both recreational and competitive runners and walkers at a wide range of paces. We promote health, fitness, and the achievement of personal goals in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Join us for one of our 3 weekly runs whether you are training for a big race or just looking for someone to run with!
